    Default Cooties on the Run

This is my first post in a looooong while! Been busy with calendars and cards for the holidays.
But, I finally got out today with some good light--but limited bird life. So, I played with the coots for awhile--they were mixing it up pretty good. :)
This was an experiment with stacked tcs on the 300/2.8. I think the quality suffers a bit, but the camera focus was still pretty good--and it was fun to shoot long for once!

I think it looks pretty good for stacked TCs. I like the take-off poses, sense of motion and might give it a tad more room at the left.

    Hi Bonnie,

This is really cool. The IQ is there! Lovely low angle and movement effect. Love it!

Lovely image... I like the motion... Exposure and light look great. Agree with Axel in that I think more room for them to run into would make this image even better than it already is.

Coots can be really entertaining, and I really like the action you captured here. The poses and the positions of the two birds are excellent. I think a quick mask to sharpen the back bird's face a little would improve this nice image.
