    Default American Tree Sparrow

Here's a sure sign of winter...the American Tree Sparrows have begun to show up. These guys come down from more northerly regions to spent the cold dark winter months with us. At least they help keep the feeders active! This guy was getting ready to jump down to the ground for some seeds that were spread below this perch.

Absolutely marvelous Daniel! The colours are lovely and there is perfect sharpness where it counts. Nice perch and BG as well!

Agreed! Feather detail is great. Dark spot in the UL is a bit distracting. Just saw my first of fall Tree Sparrows today......

I like the soft light, details and BG but would probably clone out the dark spot in the upper left.

Such sweet colors and a sweet bird. And way sharp. I love the angled subject to imaging sensor juxtaposition. I sorta like the dark area as it somewhat balanced the COMP... In Florida we know that it is winter when the Chipping Sparrows show up at the feeder!

I like this one a lot Daniel, the composition is spot on and the BG is exdelent, with a very good OOF quality but keeping some details of the habitat.
