This dove, the Pin-tailed Sandgrouse, is, for my, the most beautiful of Spain.
Very distrustful, she is difficult to come out in photographs.

Ditto Juan's comments. Really like the pose and the detail is just excellent. Big congratulations on a lovely image Pepe.

Wow, what a beautiful species of dove!! Well done on sharpness, colours, and pose of the bird. The image as posted could use more room above and left to improve the composition.

...I still can't get over of "psychedelically" spectacular this guy is!! :-)

That is one good looking dove, Pepe, the light is so sweet also and the back view with head turn, perfect :)

Spectacular bird and image. Great job with the look-back head angle and a great job of working with a difficult light angle. I might have preferred that you were an inch or two higher to better separate the head from the rivulet of water in the BKGR but I can imagine that you were too scared to move even an inch.

Were you in a blind? At a water hole?
