    This image was created at the Lagoon this morning on Ft Myers Beach. I squatted down in 12" of water for nearly an hour waiting for some one to come along and wake this guy up. Here are the stats, however something has gone wrong with the D300 since I updated the firmware and now it won't give me the right info all it says is;
    500-20
    f/4-29D
    Focal length 122

    But this is pretty close to what it really was

    Hi Rod You patience paid off !!!! Love the pose, setting and low angle Would have set up with an over the shoulder sun angle which would have helped with the shadow. Bummer about the firmware update !!! btw love those drypods !!!

    VERY nice! The pose is great and I imagine that in hi_res the water splash in his feet must be a big plus! Congratualitons!

    Wonderful pose, COMP, splash, and crop Looks too contrasty and a bit oversaturated--especially the reds and the yellow iris. And the shadowed blacks look detail-less. Lastly, the eye looks as if it could use some work.
