Hi all, today I wanted to show you one of the may images I was able to take when visiting Arthur Morris, he was very kind with me and I had a blast! This particular shot it is one of my favourites as I like the light and pose a lot! Hope you like it too.

I want to dedicate this one to Arthur as, without his good will, I wouldn't had had the oportunity to photographs these and other wonderfull birds! Thanks Arthur! :)

I like the composition and backlit image. I might be tempted to tone down the highlights around the edges and the specular highlights in the BG.

Hi Axel, thanks for your thoughts, I know in this JPG the edges look sharp (pecially in the head) but in the larg file they are much smoother. Thanks!

Very nice. Good portrait shot. I might have used a little fill-in flash as the light is to the top and behind slightly. Good image.

SUPERB portrait Ramón! I wouldn´t change a thing on it, I like it just the way you posted and I like it witout fill flash. The BG color is a delicacy and I like the fact that is blurred enough but keeping some details. The sand of the bill and the detaild textures of the plumage are big bonus IMO. Very good job

Great job, Ramon. I agree with Juan. I like the lighting on the bird just as is. The backlight/rimlight really makes it for me.

Beautifully captured you did well with the angle of light and the background is gorgeous. Congrats!

Really a very a striking composition. Grabs your interest and holds your attention. I would remove the middle right side rectangular glare spot.
