Absolutely LOVE the original, masterful composition, exposure, DOF is perfect. I'm not as taken with the snap-art pencil sketch version, though. To my eyes the diagonal pencil lines seem to conflict with the strong linear features of the head and breast feathers. But I really like the background, especially the enhanced orange glow. Guess I need to think about this one a little more... Excellent thought-provoking post, Fabs.
