    Lovely action, Gary. Looks like a signifcant crop with some loss of resolution and significant BG noise probably accentuated by sharpening. May have been an option to increase your ISO on the 50D to gain some shutter speed.

    It sort of captures the day nicely Gary. More shutter speed would have helped; I don't think my camera saw an ISO less than 1600 yesterday! I'd be interested to know how you're processing your images.

    Love the action here. The blur of the wing tip helps the feel of the motion, IMO. Just wish the eye looked sharper.
