    Common but still a nice looking bird. I used the 600mm and 1.4x on a tripod

    Perfect choice of f-stop to render even the tail nice and sharp. I'd fill in the top left corner with that delicious carmel colored background.

    Like it a lot Rob !!! I like how the tail and head are in similar planes for both to be sharp !!

    Arthur, I don't see much of a difference from the original to the repost, could please tell us what you did...? Still, love the image as presented, BG, light, pose, perch and comp are all great!!!

    He Ramon, There are three differences. If you can spot them, I would be glad to tell you what I did. Otherwise, it does not make much sense. Where I come from, photography is about attention to the small details...

    filled top left corner, cloned 2 areas off of perch.....very nice.

    Where I came from you don't need to ask twice for simple things! I did noticed those little things you did, but I thought you might have done something I didn't notice, if I have thought that I've seen all of what I did, what's the point of asking you to tell me, right? Thanks anyway :)

    You got them all. Three Quick Masks and a small crop from the bottom. And agree on the image.
