    Default Prospect Harbor Lighthouse - Maine

    One of those lesser known lighthouses in Maine. It is on a Navy base so you need a telephoto to shoot it.

    Hey Michael,
    I know the area well.........and I usually go for the view further right up the shoreline.......but have photographed it from this angle..........I know the light is very brief.....and not that bright........pumping it up a bit would probably help...........I would also crop a bit off the bottom.........since the reflection isn't complete.......and the later PM thermals/winds/tides......made the reflection not that interesting............so cropping 1/2 of it.........would IMO strengthen it considerably. Not sure what the stuff is in the evergreens on the right..........but eliminating them would get rid of any other distractions. Nice angle and dramatic angled light.

    It's beautiful as is but I think Roman's suggestions would add even more. My one suggestion is there seems to be a couple of dust bunnies floating around...one above the big evergreen and one to the right of the chimmneys.

    Those darn rabbits!!! :eek::D:eek:

    Michael,

    I like Paul's redo and agree on cloning out the houses on the right.
