    Another one from my favorite water hole .....
    Amassing bird with very big beak which can generate over 50 kg force ..it use it to crack cherry kernels....so all ringers be careful :cool:

    Very nice! A bit plain as an image...bur certainly not a plain subject :-) Could the base of the bill be toned down a bit, or is this the way it looks like?

    Wicked bird and bill. A linear burn on the base of the bill would likely help. The perch is too large for this species...

    I love this species! Great shot and comp, I would've used fill flash to avoid the shadows from the no ideal light angle. Still, love it! Congratualitons!

    I do not understand this comment (and I've seen it a couple of times now). I'm guessing you mean set up thinner branches when expecting to photograph smaller species, but cannot think why the size of the perch is a problem. Could you explain it to me?
