    Been photographing these little guys a lot in the last few day, and here is a photo of one that I liked. Comments appreciated.

    The background are fall oaktrees, in their last days with rusty brown leaves. Thanks.

    I like the alert pose, details and BG. It could go a tad darker and I would clone the OOF needle sticking out of the bird's chest.

    Thanks for your suggestion Alex, here is an edit. I darkened the image slightly and removed the oof pine needle as suggested. I should have thought of that before, but I had so many shots of these guy's to edit I had forgotten. Comments welcomed

    I like the alert pose, eye contact, and setting - especially the background colour.
