Death Valley "Santa Fe Stlyle"

I shot this photo in Death Valley I liked the mountains in BG and thought at the time the inclusion of the car might be interesting, since it was the middle of August and nobody was around. I put an effect similar to the pop-art from Color Efex.

Having lived in New Mexico for many years, I can really relate to this one, Denise! Colors are spot on. Not sure about the heavy line above the background mountains. But ... Georgia O'Keeffe would be proud! (she might remove the car, replace it with a flower... ;o) )

Very cool image, Denise! It DOES look very southwest! I found the line above the mountains to be distracting at first but now its really growing on me.
