I had a Raven silhouette with a pretty grey sky behind it so I played with the sliders in ACR until I got this effect.

    God's blessings to all,

Very nice! Color is great as a background. Did you want the bird, pole and ground all slanting downwards? Just curious. ;)

Very cool image, Chris. Seems like you lose a little of the dark red tones in the upper corners and edges. You might try to do a small crop to get rid of those lighter magenta areas so the red is even throughout.

Great silhouette, Chris. I agree that the magenta hues at the top might be cropped out. The dark red and black at the bottom is very effective - it almost glows above the grass. Is the fence post leaning because this was on a hill?

Nice effect, Chris. The leaning post is edgy, I like it.

Thanks for all your comments. Yes the fence was indeed on a hill. If you were to straoghten it up the Raven would look like it was going to fall backwards!

    God's good light to all,

    Chris
