    Looks an awful like a Muscovy to me. But I'm far from an expert so let them chime in :)

    Looks like a Muscovy type "park duck" to me. You can see wild Muscovy ducks in extreme southern Texas along the Rio Grande, but they are black with white patches on upper and under wings. Escapies can be found in Florida, but they are not considered wild and "countable" for ones life list:D.
