    Default Wide Angle Little Lake Valley

    MOTIF A wide angle shot of the Little Lake valley in California. I stopped on the way home after dropping my daughter off at schoolto see if i could find a wide angle image and this is it.

    Canon 10D
    Tokina 19-35mm @ 19mm
    ISO 400
    1/350 sec @ F8.0
    -.5 EV
    Partial Meter mode
    Hand held
    Forgot my tripod as i rushed out the door:( That's a big no no for landscapes

    Hi Chris At the selected shutter speed and focal length that image is as sharp as it could be, the tripod would have helped in composition!!!

    Excellent use of the foreground wall to set up the composition without it the image wouldn't be much !!! Ideally would have liked to have the top of the rock a little higher to keep it so close to the middle of the frame. Going the other way if you had nice clouds would be equally good !!

    I like the composition Chris,
    I like the foreground, the way it leads you over the edge. The colors could be saturated just a tad more...:cool:
