    Nikon D200 with AF-S 300/2.8 and 2x TC on tripod. f/8, 1/135, ISO 100, EV -0,7. Cloned out some branches from the left.

    Hi Daniel! I like the perch and the pose. The primary issue is that the bird is a little on the dark side. It's rare that you can photograph a dark bird against a brilliant blue sky with negative EC. Fill flash or positive EC would have helped here. I would also tone down the sky a bit. From a technical standpoint, I would have bumped my ISO and gone for a faster shutter speed.

    Yeah, I had my settings a little wrong...hadnīt the time to correct it until it flew away though. I appreciate your input, thanks!
