    While in Botswana with Chas this past July, we saw this beautiful leopard hunting.

    Unfortunately, I cut off the tail but this is all I could get. This was my first African leopard, the light in the late afternoon was nice, so I can't really complain!

    A bit of a busy scene, but details well handled. I wonder if zooming tighter might have help clean things up some

    Steve,
    Nice light. In this image I would have preferred a tighter crop from the bottom. It would have given more emphasis to the leopard. I would love the face to pop up more. I don't mind the tail. Congratulations on your first leopard. Keep them coming.

    Congratulations, a first Leopard sighting is an amazing thing. You had good light but a not very good position, so this just means you have to come back.
