    Hi Gautam.

    you got a nice pose here, the side light in blocking half of the face. Sun behind you would have helped. It's a bit underexposed too, so I use Shadow/Highlight, cleaned the edges a bit and cropped with less room towards the bird's back.
    Almost forgot, a bit of selective sharpening in the bird.

    Besides opening up a bit more Your camera does produce remarkable images at higher ISO Might as well take advantage !!!

    Dear Fabs and Alfred,

    Thank your very much for your valuable comments and working on my image. This was very educative. I tried working on the RAW image to correct the shadows.
