    Thought I would give b and w a try. This is the view from my back yard.
    Canon 5D, 24-70mm at 24mm, f/16, 1/5 sec.

    Bill, nice backyard! If this were mine I would include alittle more FG. and maybe add alittle more contrast . This is a great shot and I like it alot. I love stormy skies!

    I like it a lot Bill Agree with Denise to give it just a little more foreground This is the classic way to capture clouds. Did well with the conversion, could play around the the contrast in the clouds a little more. I like it a lot !!!

    Unfortunately, that is all the foreground I have. But the next time I will get more and then remove the amount not needed. Thank you, I'll keep trying.

    Thank you Denise, we love the view. That is the Sleeping Ute Mountain and has many moods.

    This is beautiful, just a bit more foreground. Very dramatic!

    I like the backyard...:D I would punch it up with a little bit more contrast...good show...:cool:

    Hi Bill,
    I did select/colour range/ linear burn on the highlights and then erased to get back the whitest whites. Don't really know how to do BW but just an idea for you.
