I used a series of filters and added some paint to areas using the brush tool in cs4. I adjusted just about everything to achieve the look I was going for. I wanted it to look as though it were a hand-painted image from years gone by.
You certainly achieved the look you were after. Beautiful palette. The only thing bothering me here is is the photo itself, with the bottom of the tree branches ending exactly at the horizon line.
Great work on this one Denise I like how your blending and manipulation All I could suggest is a smoother transition with the darkish part of the right tree and the rest !!! Got a wall hanger !!!!
