Nicely done. Perfect EXP and nice light. A semi-pano crop to just above the notch in the perch would be worth considering. Cool bird but the plumage is a bit ratty.

Lovely image! Excellent exposure control and beautiful light. Nice pose and I like the diagonal perch and the pretty background.

Great light, angle and eye contact. I would only remove the little second catchlight and maybe a slight crop from the top.

Love it as presented! Perch is terrific! BG is very nice as well as the pose, agree with Arthur about the plumage. Still, great shot! Congratulaitons!

Great, Simon. I like the diagonal and the perch has a lot of character. BG great and black and white well managed. I agree that a crop from the top would enhance the image.
