    I met this little guy while on a hike in the Snowmass Wilderness Area. Canon 20D, 100-400mm @ 400, 1/800 @f8, ISO 400 hand held.

    Hi Joanna,
    I like the smooth BG and the parallel lines of the rock and his tail. I think this one could use a tiny bit more sharpening. Curious to see if others agree as I'm starting to wonder about my eyesight. These guys do make fast work of those plant, don't they?

    Joanna,

    BG is awesome and the little guy's positioning in the frame and action is just right. I would prefer a bit more room at the tail and yes Steve, more sharpening is needed.

    Lovely composition and setting....Due to the lichens on the rock you get a really cool sense of scale...this fellow was tiny! Very cute...but it does need some more sharpening as suggested.

    I like the composition, image and capture. agree on more room fot the tail...:cool:
