    Default GHO with Fall Colors

    40D, 400DO + stacked 1.4x and 2x TCs, f14, 1/6s, ISO 1600, tripod mount, MLU, cable release. Cropped for comp, cloned out a couple of branches coming from the right side.

    Wow, for the setting you used I would think that you were working on a very little light!! Good shot given the situation, I like the cmop and colors, BG has a nice colour but it is a bit bussy to me, only wish to see it a big larger. Congratulations!

    The BG is busy, but that's what you had to work with. Persistence pays off!

    Nice shot on a spooky owl, at least in Northern Michigan they are. Like the color and detail on the owl, and we can always wish for red maples behind the owl. We had reports of the first snowy owl sighting in Lower Michigan today
