    Took this pic this past Thursday on Amherst Island, Ontario, Canada. Located this guy in thick cover under a tree. All my pics were taken using my 50 mm f/1.8 lens. Sure made my day.
    Canon 50D, 1/1600, f/1.8, ISO 400, 50mm.

    50mm wow! Would of made my day too! The BG is a bit too distracting though.

    Wow... 50mm!? That has to be thrilling! Congratulaitons as light and colours are great, comp is noce and the BG is bussy but I don't hate it at all, it's crazy! What I would do is darken the eye in the left. But I like it! Congratulaitons!

    WOW ! A real beauty ! 50mm :eek: I'd removed the CA ( magenta color ) in the eye's reflections and near the beak.

    The BG looks like a Monet painting. I love all the colours. If it were my image, I would create a layer and mask the bg and use gausing blur to soften it a little. Good image.
