    Lovely BG and light on the head with catchlight in the eye, Filemon. The perch is unfortunately quite dominant. With the D3 I think you are limiting yourself too much by using ISO200. I would push up to 800 and so gain some shutter speed and DOF . Not sure what shutter speed you had but wings show motion blur and possibly some blur due to limited DOF

    Nice action and BG. I agree with Tony. Overall sharpness could have been increased with a higher shutter speed.
