    I guess I need to ask what kind of birds these are.... They are becoming a favorite subject. (Sleeping birds don't move as fast as awake ones!) :)

    Besides, they're very very cute.

    They were all napping in a group, until one by one they hopped away, and this guy was the last one left....

    Nikon D80
    70-200 2.8 VR lens w/ Tamron 2x TC @ 400mm
    ISO 400
    1/800 sec @ f/9
    Manual Exposure
    cropped pano, cloned out a shell in the lower left corner
    PP: USM on bird, Noise Reduction on BG
    Increased contrast and saturation

    Doing good work with that lens Amy !!! I like the low angle and bird placement in frame Exp is just perfect !!! Love it !!!
