One from my old archives (about 4 years old image).

This spider was chewing away a dragonfly which was bigger than its own size!!!

    Spider's common name: Signature spider

    Kaushik,

Well done, I really like this image! Congrats.

The spider is great and the details and size of the prey is just great. the soft light and clean BG really make the image work for me.

Yellows on the spider and the whites are a little hot on my monitor.

Yikes! There are times being a moderator of the macro forum makes me want to cringe and this is one of them! The image is very nice - even with the spider in the center position it still is a pleasing image. I agree with Robert that the yellows and whites on the spider look hot on my monitor as well. Nice BG and good detail throughout. Now go take some nice flower images will ya? :D;):D

Nice shot Kaushik. You nailed the sharpness and DOF. Nice BG, too. It looks like the spider is making more web to entrap the dragonfly.
