    Hi Folks:

How about, "Up into the wild blue yonder" :D. Used a photo of the sky I took behind the Warbler. Opened sky same size as warbler, activated warbler photo, pressed "V" (Move), moved photo on top of sky. Then used background eraser at low tolerance 30% lowering to 12% where there was little contrast. After going around the Warbler, I viewed at 200%, and used the eraser to clean up. Opened Curves, down arrow to linear contrast, used default>OK. Then opened Vibrance (This is CS4) used 40. Then Filter>Sharpen>USM> 30, 0.2, 0 for a mite of sharpening. Finished up with my one click Brush Tool preset Sig, using Swedish colours :) Took about 20 minutes.

    Keep smiling

    Thanks Denise:

I too like the first one too.

The background is brown decorative rock at the top and a cement sidewalk at the bottom

Lance Peters came up with a feature I wasn't aware of "Content Aware Scale" in Workflow Forum that I think is a great find for inquiring minds like ours :) http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ad.php?t=22741

Another vote for the first post. NIce action and lovely colors. Some eye contact would have made this even better. Good show!

I love the captured pose and the weightlessness of the bird. Love the colours in the original capture. Very pretty Gus. And thanks for all you CS4 tips.
