Well, another Cowbird from my backyard, in this case he is posing like that to show other Cowbirds who's the boss.. I'd guess the tallest wins :D I was working with very little (but good) light.
    Hope you like it! Enjoy!

Great shot, Ramon. Lovely iridescence and BG. Maybe a little more room above - may even work as a vertical. Quite an attitude.

Thanks Tony, I tryed a vertical crop but it didn't look right, to tight actually so I went with the actuall full frame plus some aded room at the bottom. I am ging thru a "more room" face ;)
    Again, thanks!

Beautiful shot Ramon, you used the available light perfectly. Love the great color of the bird against that gorgeous BG. Excellent!

Nice pose Ramon! Love the BG too. I agree with Tony about the vertical crop potential of your image. What do you think?

Beautiful image Ramon and I like both crops. Sometimes one works so much better than the other but in this case I think both work well. Gorgeous lighting and a killer BG. Excellent exposure and eye contact. Congratulations on a fine image.

Ramone, perfect exposure. I love the purple/navy sheen on the bird. Great pose, nice BG, and neat perch. I do prefer Doug's vertical composition though.

Thank you all for your commetns, yes, Doug's crop looks very good actually so I guess Tony had a really good point, when I tryed the vertical crop I didin't ad room at the top at that was why I ididn't go with it as it looked tight, but as Judy said, both work preety well for me! Thank you all again for yuor comments and suggestions!
