I am still reduced to dial-up so I have been unable to comment on other images, my apologies,
I tried to work on the whites ( too much linear burn on the last one ) and thought they looked better than the last image. I know I should have more canvas and that the image is a little soft (should have gone to 400 ISO and a shutter speed of 1/640s) but I still like the pose and the head angle. I was wondering how the tone of the whites look? Too blue, too dark?
And my thanks to Lance who said expose for the subject and not the picture (which I had been doing) and my exposure has been improving.

Your whites do look a lot better Jackie. And I do agree with you regarding a little more canvas towards where he's swimming. You have excellent head angle and eye contact.

Hi Jackie - whites look fine to me, HA and pose look good to me as well. Agree some more room to the right would be good. I would also lighten the eye a little if there is anything there to work with.

    Looking good/ :)

    Hi jackie:

Another eye version~ I understand your problem, I viewed at 300%, QM, lightened eye, then with brush tool removed slight glow on top to even it out ~ then added glint

Hi Jackie, Very pleasing image of a swan. You did well on the exposure as the whites look great. Nice pose. Gus's work on the eye is very nice.

    Congratulations,

    Phil
