Lovely light, Indranil - almost looks like as warm spotlight. Unusual pose but that light really focuses in on the head and eye. Looks a little bit soft and not sure what is causing that blur on the back of the neck. May be worth making a selection and blurring out the BG a bit more.

I like the light on the eye. I would have liked some more sharpness. Overall a nice picture.
