Shot today even in this disgusting weather and it was ugly today. Got lucky with this one folks at Green Cay Wetlands the bonus for me was the Dragon Fly.
    Canon 50-D at ISO=400 f/8 and a whopping 1/60th of a sec. w/ 100-400 IS at 400.

Light is very nice and soft, comp is Ok, maybe the BG is a bit bussy and the head turn is not the best as the bird is looking away from you, also some noise reduction would help this shot, but for the conditions you were working under it looks very nice. Congratulations. That Dragonfly is a big plus!

Getting out in lousy weather paid off with this image! The background is somewhat busy but attractive. I do wish the bird had given you a head turn, but the bird holding that huge dragonfly certainly is a wonderful moment captured.
