    Took this today on a very overcast day.
    AWB
    5.6
    1/320s
    100-400 @400
    ISO 200
    Tripod
    +1 1/3 EV
    Full Frame

    Sharpened the picture and toned down the whites w/ linear burn although they weren't blown.
    My internet has been down (I am dial-up) so I haven't been able to add comments, it takes so long for a page to load:)

    Jackie, nice head angle and eye contact, looks nice and sharp. I might add a bit of swimming room on the right.

    Is this guy nearby? Try going at sunset to get the reflection/glow through the wing feathers.

    Very beautiful image Jackie. Whites look fine and the head angle and eye contact are fine also.

    Hi Jackie, Have missed your re-posts!! How nice this Mute Swan shot is. The wing position is nice-HA nice-colors look good & it's nice and sharp. Hope you're back on line soon!

    Looks sharp and with good details ! I like the frame, too. I'd have more room on the left though, i.e., where the swan is kind of looking at...kind of :)

    I like it a lot Difficult to have the whites in check and you got them Framing wise it just feels a little tight, just personal preference !! I like it a lot !!
