Hi Denise,
I like the composition and capture. The backlight on the upper portion of the tree looks good. I would suggest in toning down the white band of light going across; its a little hot, and distracts from the main subject; also run a quick pass of noise reduction to the background...good show...:):cool:

Gus, you know I like the over the top exposure on the first post- BUT I trust your judgement and I hope this is better!

Hi Denise I sort of like the original Was totally undecided about the hot white areas... took me a while but like them, it grabs my eye initially but then it wonders through the rest of the image. If anything I would like seeing lots more form the bottom !!! Really sweet !!!

Denise: Really nice comp. I defintely like the original better -- it really pops. I would probably clone out the two little sticks at the top of the tree that leave the photo. Nice job.

I like the first image better as well even though it's definitely got a hot band across it. The second one loses something in the lack of contrast.

May I ask why this looks so pixelated on my screen? Did you do a large crop to get this or did you pixelate it on purpose?

I added the pixels . I thought they added spots of interest.
