This started out as a photo of a very saturated fall colored tree. I didn't like the lighting so I played around w/ the colors in the gradient map. I centered the tree because it was split into three horizontal sections thru color .

    Lady Denise,
I like this very much. It has a fresh spring feel to it...I like the contrasting hues of blues and yellows. The composition is balanced...good show...

    Hi Denise,

I agree with Gus. The yellows and blues work compliment each very nicely in this image. The overall feeling is light and refreshing. I like it.

Agre it is very refreshing. I'd love to see more of the tree, though, it kind of get lost a bit.

Fabs, I was trying to emphasis the "Lost Leaves" of the tree . The yellow on the ground was suppose to represent the fallen leaves. I guess I didn't convey that thought. Is there a better way to show it on paper? If so please help. Thanks!!

Hmmmm, maybe if the ground was not so solid, it could show the fallen leaves better?

I like it, too, but think Fabs is right. Another option would be to find edges on the tree limbs so they pop out from the solid blue BG a bit more. Both would help the image but it is very nice as is Denise!
