    Default Reddish at sunrise

I don't get the opportunity to do a lot of sunrise silhouettes, but when this opportunity presented itself I couldn't pass it up.

Beautiful composition Doug. The wonderful lighting on the water and the simple silhouette really make this for me. Congrats on a very striking image !!!!

Doug, the bird looks a bit dark; you might try an adjustment layer to lighten him up. Seriously, this works for me. Love the comp and the colored ripples in the water add tons of interest. I would consider upping the saturation just a bit.

    Cheers,
    Greg

Good idea Greg! Here's a repost with a saturation boost to the water. Definitely give the image more pop.

Oh yeah!!! this is really good! I love the bicolored BG with that great horizontal texture and the dark silouette. This image has a lot of graphic and artistic impact. One to be proud Doug!

Excellent Doug. The thumbnail just doesn't show the impact of this image.
