    This was a PS developed mist as an experiment. Not much mist in my neck of the woods
    Canon 40D, lens 70-200mm f/4 set at f/11, 1/80 with +1 exposure bias

    I really like the idea and the execution here Bill. Did you use the "Orton" effect on this? If not, check out this thread - http://www.birdphotographers.net/for...ad.php?t=11216

    I responded earlier but for some reason (cockpit error most likely) it didn't post. I didn't use the effect you reference, but I muddled through on my own. Probably couldn't reproduce the steps. Thanks for the tip.

    Bill if you google Orton Effect you will be able to download that action for approx. $3.00 instead of going thru all those steps. I like the feel of this shot and the subject matter!

    I like it Bill Would crop to more of a pano to accentuate speed I like it a lot !!!
