    Default Steller's silhouette - Art? or maybe not?

    This image of a Stellars was taken on a foggy and dim day in Seattle a couple of days ago. I submit it for critiques with a fair amound trepidation. I liked the pose and foggy feel, and would appreciate comments. If you think I should not waste the hard drive space, let me know that too :)

    Taken 10/20/2008 Canon XTi 400mm f5.6L 1/4000s f5.6 ISO 800 partial metering O exp comp. High shutter speed because of backlighting and no exp. comp.

    I like the shapes and lines here, Terry - especially the crest-forehead-beak-breast-leg. I would crop in tighter and use levels to push the whites whiter and blacks blacker and try to lose the greens to make just a graphic silhouette
