    I have to preface this by saying that I am not really fond of extreme close-ups of just parts of an insect unless we are striving for an abstract image such as we can get from a butterfly's wing, for example. Just personal preference.

    That said, this image looks very good for what it is. The color is good. The image is sharp right down to the hairs on the back of his neck. The upper, whitish part of the background seems to distract my eye a bit.

    Hey Alfredo, As Ed points out, nice details, and my suggestion would be to have the body on more of a diagonal coming out of the lower left corner.

    Nice and sharp and good colors!

    Normally a subject looking into or facing the frame is more successful than one looking away. Also the flash is on the harsh side.
