    Other than some distant egret and vulture shots this is the only bird image that I took yesterday. Definitely the only decent bird image.

    .... and a nice one it its Michael !!! Like the bg, fine detail and sharpness Would go tighter from back and top I like it a lot !!!

    I agree with Al's remarks. Cropping from the right would not only improve the composition...it would also rid the dark patch in LRC. I also wish the head was turned more - it looks turned away a bit. Otherwise super!

    Sharp and a nice BKGR but in big need of a better head angle. I would rather make a small sound to try and get the bird to turn towards me than create an image with the bird's head turned away. And I would be happy if the bird ran away... That's just me. I never push the button if I know that I will not be happy with the result.
