    Very nice Kevin! I like the DOF chosen and the composition is very nice. I especially like the two darkened corners at the bottom to counter all the weight at the top of the image. Nicely done!

    Hi Kevin and welcome.

    I'm going to have to disagree with Julie here (but then I often do on this point :)). Julie likes shallow depth-of-field. I tend to prefer more dof. And that is the case here. When I look at the image, I have a hard time finding a strong in-focus focal point. So I think more dof would help a lot. I would also crop out that upper left corner. I don't think that oof element adds anything to the image. Just my opinion here.

    The subject is different and the image is nice and sharp with bold colors! I like it overall.

    The lighting is a bit harsh and there is a bit of noise in the BG.

    Agree with Ed about the OOF element in the BG.
