    With harsh light coming from the wrong direction, plus the birds flying away from you makes it difficult to achieve a great result in this situation. Perhaps a pano crop would strenghten the composition as the top part does not add much and is quite noisy. On the plus side we can clearly see the blue wing patches on each individual, and sharpness looks good with no motion blur apparent.

    Thanks Dan. What I love about this forum is all the extra eyes I have to see different views of the way shots can be improved.
    Making it a pano and running neat image on it made a difference.
