Taken on recent trip to KNP, it is evident that their breeding colors are beginning to show

What a productive trip for you Loukie. Another really nice image! A little tight in the frame top and bottom, but I like it a lot.

The exposure of the bird is sterling. Would agree about the crop. All else is great. ;-)

Thank you for the suggestions, I suppose from transparency days one wants to use max. size that Kodak/Fuji gave you, hence the big image it is not that I did not have space, just a nice big image, there are many cropping possibilities I just felt the way I did it shows the bird off to its maximum, any body agree ?

I agree with Doug about more room. Cool looking bird and details.

Cool-looking bird, great details and light. The perch is nice, too. Another vote for a slightly wider crop.

Great pose and soft light. I also agree that a slightly wider crop will improve this nice image. Good job getting rid of the whitewash on the perch!
