    Had a great time today getting pictures of these ducks at Wakodahatchee. Light was working for us today. Comments appreciated.

    Hi Jill,
    A very nice composition, I like the multi color of the water, nice and silky. The details are sharp on the duck and the color rendition is dead on...congrats...:) The head angle could use a couple of clicks CW rotation...besides this, nicely done...:cool:

    Jill, I like the BG colors very much .I also like the comp.. The feathers have very nice details . I like it as posted.

    I like it as posted as well. Particularly I think the lighting here is very good, bringing out the texture of the duck nicely. The colors look very good, too. The darker upper left corner also seems to be playing a role of balancing with the duck in the lower right corner. Having said that, I think some parts of the duck can use some burning, as in toning down the brightness of those areas.

    I like the re post Gus Excellent PS work !!! About the only other thing I would do is evict the rock from under the quacker !!!

    Hi Jill,
    I like the colours on the duck and the pretty colour of the water. Found the darker part of the image a on the left little distracting. Cropped to give you some ideas. Hope you don't mind.

    nice work uncle gus!! i like that. i didnt even see it, but it makes a big difference. both crops work for me. would have been better to do the vertical in camera to get more detail in the bird instead of cropping to it. nice job all around!!
