    Came across this pair on the local nature trial.

    Canon 50D, Sigma 150mm 2.8 Macro lens, 0.3 sec @ f16, tripod
    Processed in ACR & CS3: levels, curves and sharpening.

    Nice composition and good detail throughout, Darren! On my screen it looks like it might be a bit oversharpened and perhaps a too strong in either contrast or saturation. You might want to try backing off just a little bit to see if you could get a more natural feel to the leaves.

    Nicely done Darren,
    I like the composition, image and capture, you have very good color rendition and sharp details. The dark background compliments your subject very well...good show...:cool:

    The soft light looks great and the comp is nice.

    I would add more room to the bottom to balance the vertical spacing.

    Julie is correct about the slight over sharpening and the saturation. This could be a color managed browser issue if you are using IE.
