Photograped this Great Egret up a tree at J N "Ding" Darling Wildlife Refuge this past March. I used my Sony alpha 100 with a Sigma 50-500 lens. f/7.1, 1/640. 0 ev, ISO 100, 250mm. Thanks for looking, all C&C's appreciated.
Hi John, I too like the sky and the EXP is good but there are many problems with this image. As noted above, your angle to the bird is steep and the bird is not sharply focused. You have cut off the vitrual feet and the o-o-focus leaves in the foreground are distracting. As is, selective sharpening of the face using a Quick Mask would surely help.
