A wild turkey near my house struttin' his stuff.
Duplicate layer made.
Water color filter applied.
Background selected and liquified in spirals.
Layer copied and placed back over image.
Opacity lowered and top layer selectively erased to reveal turkey.
Opacity raised back up.
Radial blur applied.
Gausian blur applied.
Levels tool applied to darken background.

Just trying something out. All CC appreciated.

I like the glowing effect you got here, well done! Agree on more space.

I like the glowing effect as well. My one concern is how blue some of the turkey feathers are. Perhaps a color shift is needed or was that your intent?
