    Most of the summer guest- birds are now gone in Germany and it is the right time to start photographing at the feeding place...
    Little blue Tit, heavily molting at the moment....:). That gives the bird a "Bad hair Day-Look", that I like ;)

    Tried to use flash to create a catchlight and to open up the shadows, without giving the image a flash-look. Does it work here?

    Mark III Canon 500mm / f 4 with Extension tube
    Flash at - 3, with tissue in front to make the flash light softer.

    What a lovely pose and amazing BG you have here. Catchlight works very well. Good work on this one!

    Great bg and nice use of fill flash. Nicely done !

    Maybe just a fraction more of a head turn.

    I like what you did with your fill flash here; very natural looking. Please try to include your full tech specs with your photos Rosl. Thanks for posting!

    Gorgeous background and nice pose of this bird in his "scruffy" stage. Excellent use of fill flash. I would like to see the techs posted.
