    This wild stallion is very photogenic... except a major problem with the fact they never have their manes trimmed is that sometimes you can't get the eye in the shot!


    D300 with 80-400 @280mm, f/5.6, 1/800, iso 200, ev -0.67

    David,

    I love your horse images like this - sharp against a pleasing blurred BG.

    Here I would have preferred dot to have the horizon line right at the ears however. On the lower part of the torso that has some of the BG peeking through, I would suggest cropping that out.

    Nice colors on this one David. Just enough of a hint of the eye to make it work for me.
