    I took a photo of a building in Las Vegas. I desaturated it. Then did a watercolor effect then a glass effect to make it look like it was under water.

    Although I'm usually a big fan of architectural elements being really sharp I kind of like this! You seem to have done an excellent job of converting it to b&w and it does certainly look like it's underwater! Another way you might want to play with this is to use the filter as a layered smart filter and erase the building leaving just certain elements with the effect. Just an idea...

    If you didn't mention it...........I would have thought it was a reflection. Nice conversion too!
